On the 29th May, the Worldwatch Institute will join Edizioni Ambiente in launching State of the World 2012: Moving Toward Sustainable Prosperity. The event, which begins at 9:30 am at the Museo della Scienza e della Tecnica Leonardo da Vinci will feature:

- Michael Renner, Senior Reseacher, Worldwatch Institute

- Gianfranco Bologna, Scientific Director, Edizioni Ambiente

- Andrea Segrè, Dean Faculty of Agraria, Director Science and Technology Agro-Food Department, Università di Bologna

- Valeria Cometti, Head of Education and Coordinator of Urban Vegetables Garden, Slow Food Italy

- Manuela Soffiantini, CEO, Electrolux
