Paulina Glimsholt


Paulina Glimsholt currently works as a volunteer researcher at Worldwatch Institute Europe and is project manager of Business Development for a Mexican government program called Red de Talentos Mexicanos en el Exterior in Scandinavia.

Paulina Glimsholt (formerly Paulina Fernandez Izquierdo) was born in Mexico in 1981. She studied law at Tec de Monterrey University (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico (2006), and also completed courses on Common law at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and on European Law at the Université Catholique de Louvain, in Belgium. She also studied a Specialization in International Law (2006) at ITESM.

In 2007, Paulina worked as a legal intern at Bech-Bruun law firm in Copenhagen, Denmark, and later joined the Mexican law firm Basham, Ringe y Correa as head of the Immigration law department (2008). In May 2011, Paulina graduated from a Master in Business Administration program at La Trobe University, in Melbourne, Australia. She is member of the International Legal Fraternity Phi Delta Phi (2003) and the Golden Key International Honour Society (2011) for her academic merit.
